What is a really Good Skin Care regimen?

Im 21.I have normal/combination skin.I am currently using Clinique 3 step.But the toner tends to dry my skin a little,so i want to try something new.Any suggestions?.I have occasional breakouts.( during that time of the month).SO what is a really good skin care regimen that will also prevent wrinkles,and what not.THANX:)

drink lots of water, and use normal cleanser, and be sure to use an oil free moisturizer, because your skin gets overdry, then your oil glands try to over-compensate for it, and you get oily skin again really fast. i hope everything here helped!!
